50 Trim installed but I have a problem

Well I recently installed my PTE 50 trim,Super AFCII,650CC injectors,Walbro 255 lph pump,and ACT 2100.My problem is whenever I really start to give the car some gas it just starts to bog,and studder like crazy.It refuses to go anywhere once you really get on it.My friend told me it could be a bad MAS,because it was taken to AutoZone for the CEL and it was throwing a code for that.Also he said it could be bad wiring from the SAFC-II.Im kindv'e frustrated,Especially after just putting in over $3,000 in parts.
