Okay here is the problem, the two banjo bolts for the oil to the turbo are leaking like crazy. The one attached to the head that leads to the other one on the turbo absolutely spewed oil out and drained it in less than 5 seconds I would say. I'm pretty sure that I shut it off in time though.
Anyway I found out they are stripped out pretty bad from the last idiot that owned it, but I really don't know what my options are???

If the banjo bolts are stripped, you could replace the entire assembly (lines etc...). If the holes in the head and turbo have thread damage, you will have to remove them. I guess a machine shop could help you after you take them off, but if the thread damage is too severe, you may have a hard time repairing that. That's all I can think off. Good luck.

Thanks for answering
The threads are really bad in the head and my neighbor who is a master tech told me I'm screwed and will need a new head.

I'd be surprised if your couldn't do an in place Tig repair on the Aluminum Head or Tap it oversize & bush down.

Well I was thinking about tapping it, but what would I do about fitment of a bigger banjo bolt through the line? And how exactly do you mean by welding it? That crossed my mind also but wasn't sure how.

I think you'll end up with Pipe Threads at the Head - Many guys have that setup & then adapt back to the Stock Piping or go with the Kit that gives you Oil Feed from the Oil Filter Housing - at the Turbo I would attempt a Helicoil Kit so you can stay with the Banjo Bolt.

2nd option: It is possible to weld Aluminum so why couldn't they weld a new Fitting on the Head?

That does sound like a good idea. Would you happen to have a picture of someone with that setup by chance?

Thanks I really appreciate it.
Didn't do a search cuz I thought I would never find anything on it
