Chatter comming from injectors??HELP!!

OK,I need some serious help!! I just bought a 91 laser a few weeks ago.I did the aircan hack mod, BCS mod and purchased a K&N filter.The car ran great up untill I went to install some tunes in my honda slayer.....I noticed after I installed the amp that when the key was in the "on" position that there was a chatter type clickling sound that seems to come from the injector area(Its nonstop clicking rattleing noise).I dont think It was the amp install really because I uninstalled it to see if that helped and it didnt.Anyways,the idle surges between 600-1500 rmp and today the thing wouldnt hold an idle and kept "surging" and blackfiring no matter how much gas I gave her If anyone has any ideas on what that noise is, or how to diagnos it PLEASE help me out.Thanks guys

What your describing sound like classic ISC problems.
Time to test it. The 3S VFAQ si better than the on on the DSM VFAQ site.
