Name that part (serious)

Alright, this has been bothering me for quite some time. According to the previous owner, i got a spoolinup FPR. What i want to know is, what is this line coming off the fuel rail, the prev. owner told me it was the fuel filter and he just relocated it...however i need some assurance.

its the ss line coming off the fuel rail and its some container and its just wrapped in eletrical tape....and the line goes in, and on the other side, there is a plug that is connected. I have no idea waht this is, perhaps the fuel pressure gauge? please help

Yeah, looks like the line is connected to a FP gauge sending unit.
