No Spark!!!!!

My car is in a mechanics shop and is getting worked on. The car ran bad before it got there. It was a combo of things. I new fuel pump was installed and they pulled the car out of thye garage and back in. When they went to start it back up they got no spark. The engine turns over fine. Theres jsut no spark. They replaced the coil pack and that did not work. I guess there is a resistotr beofre the pack....sometimes called the "power pack"????
Any ideas??? Crankshaft pos. sensor?????? ecu????

If you have a 1g try swapping the ecu with another car. That ended up being the problem for us. And the cas could very well be the problem too.

It will suck if i have to replace all that. Can that really casue the car to have NO spark????

Well I wouldn't lie to ya. Pick up a shop manual, they tell you how to diagnose those components.

my car had the same prob, i checked everything even swapped ecu's, turned out to be the CAS....... thats where i would start, try to borrow one from a friends car and check
