No Cruise, No Interior lights, ABS Light ON all at same time!!!

Wierdest thing...I have no interior lights, Door triggers no longer work, ABS light is on but Breaks work great, and Cruise control no longer works. From reading posts on here it looks like I need to check the TAIL fuse? Is this correct? Any Ideas?

Also My car will not Idle at all! it bounces from the bottom to about 1K an will eventually Die! Ideas? Thanks

Anyone? Any specific fuses I can check...we checked all the ones under the dash and all fuses are functioning fine. HHHMmmmm
