i have an exhaust leak i can't seem to get rid of. the problem is between the exhaust manifold(2g ported) and the turbo's exhaust housing(7 cm ported). The leak is only on the side closest to the #1 runner. I have a metal 7cm gasket standard, and one from RRE(which is suppose to be bigger)tried both and the problem is still there. All the bolts are tight. Can anyone help with this or has anyone had the same problem and know a fix?
Both manifold and 7cm were gasket matched when ported.

sounds like one or both the surfaces are warped and need to be machined flat. but that is just my opinion. were do you live in pa?

either one is warped...or your manifold has a crack that goes to the outside of the manifold.
