Car wont go anywhere when it starts to boost

So yeah my car just sputters and wont go anywhere as soon as it starts to see boost. My a/f gauge gives me a constant reading of rich no matter how much gas im giving.

Boost leak. You have a big one somewhere. My car did exactly the same thing when one of the upper intercooler hoses popped off. Check all the hoses first. If it's not obvious, do a leak test. See http://www.vfaq.com/mods/ICtester.html on how to make one if you don't have one already.
