what the hell low idle

my 91 eclipse gs non turbo is idling at 550-500 rpms what is this from??

Could be from alot of things. Have you tried adjusting the idle a little bit?

my ac doesnt work but what i do know is that when i changed my pcv valve i tightened it too much and broke the whole thing off of the valve cover and i took the tube off of the intake to the valve cover for a breather filter and i never capped it off may this be it its idling pretty low and how do u adjust the idle i know u dont use the biss screw
