Unorthedox UDP: belts short/how to install?

I bought my 2g with the unorthedox udp. It was installed by a retarded shop and they put belts on it from off the floor and ones they had hanging around( the prev owner said).

My alternator squeaks because you cant tighten the long original belt down any more.

I'm going to try and buy shorter belts from autozone.

I have looked at the a/c pulley and it doesnt look like there is anyway to install it becides sliding it on. How do you install a a/c belt?

Short version:
NOTE: UDP's need smaller belts because the pulley is smaller. (So I need 2 smaller belts)
Bought 2g w/ udp and alternator belt squeaks, needs smaller one.
There was no belt on the a/c side, So I don't know howto install it.
Please help.

as for the belt jack the car up and replace it. your going to end up spending some time on your back also invest in a haynes manual.
