Spark plug flooding help !!!

Hey guys
ive been moding out my eclipse latley and getting all the shit fixed on it that was broken when i originally bought the car, well im still having a problem with my spark plugs on clyinder 3 & 4. i just replaced the valve cover and i gave it a new valve seal including the little circle ones for the spark plugs. but when i still go to take my spark plug out of cylinder 3 its flooded with oil, 4 is also but not that bad and i feel im losing alot of hp out of this cause honestly i feel like my car pulls at like 110hp not 140hp, its a 97 Eclipse 420a, any of you guys have a solution for me, Thanks

Personally I would fix this problem by buying a gst or gsx. Other than that if your seals are new I would suggest a tourque wrench. If your bolts have already been overtorqued there maybe a crack in the valve cover. After torqueing the bolts, if it still leaks try to find exactly where the oil is coming from.
