Battery question (sizes)

Alright, im gonna put my 3" gm maf on soon, but i have a big ass ugly battery in my way (see pic) and im wondering if there are any smaller batteries, so i could fit my maf on without relocating battery. as far as other electronics go, i only have one Rockford Fogate amp, idk what its rated at, but its one specifically for DSM, thus its called DSM. it came with the car, and im guessing its old cause the manual looks prehistoric, so its prob not over 200watt. any batteries out there that could fit? im gonna put the MAF between the throttle body elbow, and the upic, which i will hack up to make it fit.

I mounted this on the stock battery tray for robustness, but it could be mounted on the subframe for even more room.

oh wow, that is small. have exact model/name by any chance? and price?
