new plugs low o2`s Please help

So i changed out my plugs, valve cover gasket, and plug tube seals, i put some bkr7e-11 spark plugs on and gapped them to 30, I have a pocketlogger and my car was tuned with a MAF Translator, with the old plugs my o2`s were around .96 at WOT, now they are at .06 through WOT and sometimes shoot up to .90 at full boost, Why is my car running so lean now??

Don't go by O2 values. Use timing (or knock if available).
