Well, after doing the brakes (changing out the master cylinder then bleeding), I go to start it, it start to idle really bad and misses. Even when I push on the gas, it hickups and misses horribly. I think its pig rich. Well, I unplug the Maf sensor, and it idles good. WTF!!! There are no pipes off, no air leaks that I can find. Then a little bit later the CEL comes on, but I dont have an OBD II CEL checker anywhere nearby. We dont have an autozone, so thats ghey. Any ideas on what might cause this?

Another thing is that the oil pressure gauge doesnt work. I checked the connections and its all hooked up. Could a bad oil pressure connection cause it to run bad?

If it was fine before the brake part change I would say you knocked one of the sensors loose, I know one time I washed my motor with a power sprayer and knocked the coolant temp. connector loose and my car did the same as yours, I pluged it back in and perfect, it has to be a loose plug, hose or somthing like that.

The only other thing I can think of with the mass unplugged the car running better, is a bad ecu, a bad ecu can cause that to happen( see if it stinks like fish) or has burns on the boards. Good Luck :thumb:

Damn it. I messed with it for about two hours tonight and still the same. I checked all the sensors and they were plugged in. Checked the ECU and it looked good. Anybody know of any sensors that would cause it to miss really bad and be lean under 2 grand or at idle?
