so...my injectors leak, and i pull the rail and injectors. the seals were in bad shape, but i had to go to work, so i put some rtv on them on retightened the rail and lines. the injector closest to the cas wasnt in tight, but the bolt seemed to be. me being half retarded(or more) i tightened the rail bolt some more...and snap.

i figure theisens will have a new bolt.. any ideas why the thing wouldnt go in right? or how to get the old bolt out. its a tight space.

if you snapped the head off, the best thing is to go to sears and buy their craftsman drill out. If you can fit a drill bit back there, then you can pull it out. It might have been just a weak bolt, thats why it wouldnt work.

i used 90 degree needle nose pliers, and turned out slowly. they worked the best. my injector seals are pretty much all bad too.
