wastegate solenoid questions

heres the deal just a quick question i just bought this car and the wastegate solenoid by the intake i think thats what its called anyways i was trying to do that restrictor removal thing and i noticed that the solenoid has a place for 2 vacumn lines but i only have 1 line going to the solenoid the bottom one is going to the turbo then T's of to the boost source and wastegate can anyone tell me if this is correct and if not what vacumn line goes to the top. thanx for the help sorry about the stupid question

maybe im not being clear ill try harder its the little plastic black thing under the intake it has a place for 2 vacumn lines i only have the bottom line connected and it goes and T's off to the turbo and then the wastegate i am wondering if someone can tell me what is supposed to bo hooked up to the top of the plastic thing im sorry about not knowing all the terms and stuff

it's been a long time since i had a stock dsm, but if i remember correctly the other one went to a little nipple on the intake pipe that goes to the turbo inlet.
