head gasket ?

How hard to change ? I think mine is leaking , check out pics

I have the exact same problem with mine except it has gotten real bad over the last few days, where if I drive on the freeway it will start to smoke slightly cause it's burning the oil. I'm just replacing the head gasket, pvc gasket, and oil pan gasket and that should fix my problem. Plus I think the previous owner/mechanic put too much sealant on them and that could might be part of the problem.

Well thats a good thing. Then your headgasket is probably fine. I would agree the valve cover gasket is probably the culprit.

its it could be coming from the half moon thingy. There is alot of sealant on there also maybe thats it. I didnt do that job was like that

Yeah that little half moon has been the culprit for me before.

valve cover gasket, mine looks like that, working on getting it changed, dont for get the little rings for the spark plugs too.

yeah i did them on my other car. Not hard at all. I was even thinking of painting the valve cover while i have it off. Im just worried about the paint pealing and bubbling. I know some people have done it without that happening but with my luck it will bubble

yeah i did some looking up in tech area and such and i am going to attempt it in a week or so when i get my new gaskets. I just got turbo so i am broke as a mofo. Just another thing to add to the To Do Talon list.
