Pusing alot of blue :(

My car is pushing alot of blue after i come to a stop then go again. The engine was rebuilt about 90 000 km ago. What should i do? its a 91 talon tsi fwd.

Valve stem seals. They leak at high vacuum, and it burns off when you open the throttle. Coast down a hill with the throttle closed, and when you open it up you'll disappear from the cars behind you.

They are cheap and easy to do. You dont even need to pull the head, just the valve cover. You need a specialized spring compressor and compressed air with an adapter to fill the cylinders...
