I had recently installed an HKS carbon-titanium catback on my GSX. I love this particular exhaust (although some people say it's ricey, HA!) for its sound and great looks. However, I had noticed that since its installation, my Autometer A/F gauge is always lit up at RICH conditions. It usually cycled before from Stoich to Rich at WOT, but now it's only at rich all the time.

My fuel consumption also went down by 1.XX mpg, from 18.5 to 17.1 usually.

Did anybody notice this after an exhaust install? I'll be installing a DP and a high flow cat in a few days.

did you lose the ground strap on the exhaust?

No, everything went back as is. The only mod that i did was lengthen the after-cat O2 sensor so it would be easier to take off/install next time. I had to cut it so that i can remove it from the stock piping.
