Hey all.. While installing my new 14b, I over tightened the banjo bolt for the oil line to the turbo. Its the bolt on the turbo, not the head. I can not find that bolt anywhere.. no part stores down here carry the bolt that big. Anyone have the same problem before? Know an easy fix or know where I can find one? Or, can I use just water to cool the turbo, I mean, can I plug that hole and the hole in the head? I highly doubt it, but it never hurts to ask.

Thanks,

Adam

Negative on the plug. You HAVE to get that bolt. The only place to find it would prolly be the dealer. Maybe NAPA?

You get the banjo-bolt from where you got your turbo, or any online parts place that sells turbos, naturally you would want to check with the dsmtuners.com sponsors & parts catalog at the top of this page .
You might consider getting the kit that has the oil line & fittings for changing the source of oil from the engine block to a threaded fitting that's already on the oil filter housing,(2nd gen style). This means cooler oil going to your turbo bearing-need I say more.
