Timing belt sliping torwards motor

Heres the problem I timed my motor out of the car and with a new hydralic tensioner and it still wants to slid or walk torwards the motor when I start to crank it. I cant figure out why and i am so close to puting the motor in my car. need help asap. thanks

-What do you mean by "walk torwards the motor"? more detail please.
 
One possibility: Did you use new after market pulleys (tensioner/idler)? Mine did that with after market pulleys. I replaced them with Mitsu ones - problem disappeared. The after market pulley lip is just slightly different (more rounded or thicker I can't remember) which did it.
