So now my sunroof won't close anymore :thumbdown , it stops within the last inch or so and reverses an inch and stops. I tried doing it manually and it won't go past the same point, i can't see anything physically stopping it. Is there anyway to fix this besides going to the dealership and paying way too much money  ?

is one side father then the other? Mine does that , the passager side track trys to close before the drivers side, and found out when i took it out that the drivers side track rail (part the slides) snaped in two. I would look at how it is fully open, then slowly close it, if it gets stuck, might have a jam, but u did't find any, id check the tracks., could have jumped too, dont know how, but these things happen. Good luck :thumb:

this happens to mine occasionally... easy fix

pull the glass off (just 6 screws with a star head)

move the glass almost all the way forward.. while watching down into a slot in one of the rails.. in my car, it's the driver's side that catches... there's a pin that sticks out.. it's extremely difficult to describe... but play with it.. it's very easy to fix once you find the stupid pin that has slipped out of place
