96 Eclipse Starts Cold, Runs 10 Minutes idle, Misfires at 1/2 Temp wont re-start!!!!!

Ok, I have a 1996 Mitsubishi Eclipse RS 5 speed. I scanned for trouble codes and it told me "Ignition Coil Primary/Secondary Malfunction" so i replaced my coilpack... Last night i re scanned it after installing the new coil because the car was still acting the same. The SAME EXACT code came up. I know that some older DSM's had problems with ECU Failures but this being my first vehicle, i am not 100% sure what it could be. I've replaced the plugs, wires, Air FIlter, Fuel Filter, Oil, Oil Filter, Coolant, and even Gaskets. I was just wondering if someone could help me shine a light on whats going on. This car is suppose to be a show car and instead its a NO GO car.

Thanks to all you and your NON Help i have to take it into the shop and pay out the ass for diagnostic tests instead of finding someone with the problem.
