No-Start condition- spark and gas present

guys i have fuel and spark.but the car all does is just keep on cracking.It won't start @ all.I already change the coolant temp. sensor but it's doing the same thing.The boost gauge on the rpm is always up everytime i try 2 start the car plus check engine lights up.Thanks again guys

Checked your ECU lately...?

Maybe your caps are going bad...
