Ive started trying to find an oil leak thats been haunting me. Somewhere on the Tbelt side, oil leaks, and gets flung everywhere. Right now Ive got the tbelt cover off, with just the alt/wp belt attached, and Ive cleaned everything. Now Im trying to simulate the leak before I tear off the tbelt. (I suspect my cam seals leak... but Im not positive).

Does anyone know of a good way to build oil pressure without moving? Or is racing the engine at idle like I have been the best way to do it?

Any ideas are appreciated.

Thanks,
Bob

could POSSIBLY try and pressurizing your block by pumping air into your oil dipstick tube with a compressor . . . not sure if you'll get the effect you're looking for though.
