Portage,
Ok, so a few days ago I installed my new dejon tool UICP and intake pipe. I m taking if for a test drive and it s running awesome, pulling harder than before. I get almost home, and a connection on the UICP blows, so I stop and put it back on temperarily, and limp her the rest of the way home. I get it fixed, and all of a sudden, the cars running like shit, feels like it s missing. So I start checking things, and end up pulling the plugs, and the plug in cylinder 1 is melted. Figuring that the injector is bad I switch it out. Still runs like shit. It just get progressivly worse. Up to today now I have changed the coil pack, the ignitor, injector controller, and the injector resistors. Using a noid light, it shows that none of the injectors are firing, yet, when I pulled the fuel rail and tied plastic bags over all of them they sprayed. Also, I m gettig good spark on all four cyclinders. I am completely stumped. My laptop crashed, so I cant even datalog, and I dont have a car so I cant work, can someone pleaseee help me! Thank you in advance.

Ok, started it up this morning, and it was running fine in my driveway for about 15 minutes, so I took it for a drive. Everytime I get into boost it starts doing this hesitation thing. I cannot take it past pretty much 3500Rpms. THere is also this weird smell, kind of like a metal on metal, or like the smell when you re torching or weldig something. Is my tubo gone?! It sthe stock 14b with 130k on it! Please help!

Have you checked for leaks. It sounds like you have a small leak that opens under boost. Also check to make sure that the little seals around you injectors are good. Alot of leaks happen there also.
