need a help on a nosie

okey i need a lil help on a engine noise well its like a big rumble sound when i accelerate ...it sound like my engine is going to blow but then it sound like its back firin but its in the engine ... if i blow a rod it wont work right ...because they think its a rod..i just need some commin things that make this noise i dont it sound like a dam muscle car ....im just sad at the moment cause i dont want to drive it makin that noise ........

please be more specific , when does it do this noise , where does it come from ? what is a 'rumble' ( My car rumbles too , but I have a full 3 inch exhaust on it)

its sound like a exhaust in my engine and its in the right side of my engine...it really sounds like a flowmaster in my engine i dont know wat the hell it is it sounds like a big hole somewhere ,but im gettin more information so i can know wat to look at,,,it was just a lil rattle and a lil sound but it got bigger the other day ...its a 4g20 if that helps any
