To get my car started i have to continuosly crank it for about 20 cranks does not amtter if its cold or hot. It used to start right up on a dime, now it takes so long, plus it ticks like crazy at idle, but the car runs smooth, just seems like it lost lots of power and as the boost goes up the car slows down.
Thanks
Tom

Battery Is perfect. Its a optima red top with 1000cca and the problem is not TURNING OVER, ITS STARTING UP. THe timing is perfect its 8degrees base timing and all the marks on the belt line up perfect. It just started doing it 2 weeks after i put my s-afc2 and 255lph LP pump in. I thought it was the 255 overrunning the regulator but i swapped regulators and even injectors and same thing. I dont think its that major cause it runs PERFECT at idle but i do need new lifters cause it TICKS really bad after it gets warmed up. Tried cleaning didnt work, and when i get under boost it like bogs and gets slowwer then picks up. IDK??
