I have idle problem.
Wheh hot, idle drop to about 800 next 500 and stall and die oftem. That su** especially when drive to the lights and must clutch engage, when it stall and die. sometimes it back from 500 to 1200-1300 and next 500 again and die -or not- as that stupid car want...
what I done:
checkng leaks (100 times: nothing)
cleaned GOOD TB 4 times: nothing
change step motor (nothing)
checking coils resistance at step motor: always 28-30 ohms always nothing
change o-rings on TB shaft (nothing)
adjusting idle (100 times: nothing)
adjusting SAS (100 times: nothing)
adjusting TPS 10 times: nothing
reseting that stupid mitsu car 100 times: and nothing...
changed for temporary injectors,
changing spark plugd several times,
changing spark plug gap,
changing two times spark plug wires.
now I cheating that bi*** by screwning SAS as much as it open slighty TB plate so now idle are 1000-900 and at crusing when press clutch not stall and keep 1300 RPM.
But that is not normal conditions. Any advice? that idles make me crazy...Thanks

put it wrong (two teeths on exhaust and two teeths on intake). So all the time since I have that car (one year!!!) I was riding on that crap timing.
Must set timing tomorrow.
