Vancouver,
Why wont it run properly?
Stuff I have done in the past week.
Replaced Waterpump
Replaced Valve Cover
Oil Change
Rad Flush

Car idles like crap ie. vibrates (whole car)
Once it hits 1200rpm+ vibration stops
Stalls when it goes up past 4500rpm (once you remove foot from gas pedal)
The coolant in overflow res was bubbling

Problem, I think is timing is off but the timing belt was put on exactly the same way it came off. All marks were lined up.

The coolent was bubbling in your bottle? Might want to check the head gasket. Sometimes when you change really old fluid (stop leak) and crap too, someting might have broke loose causing the head to leak a little. A pin hole leak in a gasket can casue symptoms like yours to arise. Let us know!
