hey guys,
i've read threads of this stuff and i cant seem to get it right. many have suggested having 8 threads showing from the top of the nut.. some say it varies from car to car. the thing with mine is at 8 threads showing it is too soft and whistles, then does a post [lower volume] whistle. at the current 6 threads i have the BOV will sputter sputter whistle... sounds like it's too tight?
anyone have any ideas? oh, and the write up by WOBBLE is good, but i just cant follow what he's saying
