i have a 99 RS. i burn alot of oil, my engine is very hot,and oil is all over the top of the valve cover where the plugs are. a little oil moisture when i take off the spark plug wires, but more on the top of valve cover. im scared to have oil all in my spark plugs again so im changing the valve cover gasket. also my spark plug wires are dead so im getting new magnacore wires and NGKr plugs. im just wonrdering if anyone can help me. i hope its not the Head. so let me know what i can do. thanks
 
Make sure that you replace your spark plug well gaskets whenever you replace your valve cover gasket.

I'm not sure exactly what you mean when you write, "I burn a lot of oil" but if you have the 2G 2.0 N/T engine, I wouldn't be surprised if you need to top off your oil frequently between changes. The 2G 2.0 N/T has had oil control issues since its inception. It's a Chrysler designed, Mexican built engine. Mine usually losses 1/2 - 1 quart every 2,500 - 3,000 miles. It did it when it was brand new and still does it at over 100K miles, 7 years later.
