I have a 1g AWD downpipe back exhaust for sale. I tried to fit it on a friends 2g, just the downpipe, and it seemed to not clear the oil pan. I know the oil pans are different between 6 and 7 bolts. The 7bolt in his car now is blown, so he's replacing it with a 6bolt. My question is, what are the fitment differences between 1g's and 2g's as far as the exhaust goes, and also if my downpipe would fit a 6bolt in his 2g? I highly doubt the catback would work, being that the exhaust exits on the opposite side. Thanks

just search for a picture for a 1g and 2g DP and you will see the difference. Also AWD, FWD and all them are different.

I know AWD and FWD are different, but there is no "6bolt in your 2g" downpipe. What downpipes do owners of 6bolts in 2g's use? A 1g AWD or 2g AWD dp?
