Car hesitates a bit

Usually while crusing at a constant speed. Acts like theres a very VERY small fuel cut, only lasts for a second, if that long.

Random times, few times a minute.

Most noticed in 5th gear, 3k rmp range... (somewhere between 75-80 MPH)
But does it in all gears / all speeds. Does not happen while accelerating, at all.

Every now and then, when sitting at a light, in neutral, foot off of clutch, she will drop in RPM's almost to the point of the engine dying... But comes right back up.

Car is a 91 Eagle Talon N/T, only mod that I know of is Injen intake. (Had it when I bought it)

Any hints / suggestions?

Try changing plugs (NGK BPR6ES are good) and wires (OEM is fine), and see if that fixes the problem. BTW what part of wilmington are you in, im down in new castle all the time (live in bear but school and work in new castle). You really dont see many DSMs here, there are a couple around the kirkwood highway area (stanton, west wilmington, etc) that frequent this board. So welcome to the board and good luck!

Cool.. One of my friends that I stayed with when I 1st moved up here lives in Bear..

Right now, I live in Union Park Gardens... I can see Elsemere from my front door...

Got the plugs, and wires.. Have not been home yet to Install them...

Went out for lunch, problem got a little worse....

Now, when sitting at a stop light, she idles around ~900 rpm..dropping and raising till she just stalls out.. Restarts immediatly tho.. If i hold the throttle open and keep her revving around 1.5 - 2k rpm, she does not stall at all..

Also, can smell the gas... Very rich mixture, i am guessing..

What else should I look into this evening when I replace the plugs?
