Car stuttering at 10 psi 5000 rpm..need help

Ok I tried replacing the spark plugs (7es) and I replaced the wires. it hits about 10 psi and no more then at 5000 rpm its stutters and doesn't let me pass it. Now if I accelerate slowly I can take it to redline. Any suggestions. I have not performed a boost leak test yet so it could be that but Someone else suggested it could be a ignition problem (possibly the coil) How do I diagnose this?

i say its ur coil man.. or check ur cam sensor. and clean it up.. and put it together agian.. maybe ur magnet from ur cam sensor got debris.. check it. if not. replace ur coil. it means its bad bro.... or burnt..

WHat are your current mods?
you might be getting fuel cut.

Mods are evo manny and 02 housing
(ported) along with apexi downpipe and catback stock boost controller. (for now) It hits 10 psi according to the guage and not any higher. The weirdest thing still remains to be the fact that on part throttle it can go to redline.
