for some reason at 5500 rpm, i can watch the tach stop revving for a second, can kind of feel it stop pulling for a second, but the speedo doest stop pulling. i had a motor in the car and i removed the bs belt and it started doing it then, well i put a freshly rebuilt block with the same head i was using befor eand it still does it. the new block has no balance shafts and i replaced EVERYTHING on it so its basically brand new. any suggestions? could it just be my tach?
