dreaded boost creep

just put in my dejon intake pipe, licp, and modified side mount and now my boost creeps from 12lb to 15lb with rpm. my intake pipe barely clears my wastegate, could issue be here? I thought creep could be brought on by a malfunctioning wastegate or exhaust restrictions. I also have shaft play and plan to pull my turbo soon, but some xtra imput always appreciated.
