Lets see if I can simplify this. Blew a head in my 97 GSX, had it replaced (ugh the price), had clutch replaced, timing belts, tune up done, and I think thats it. This was about Nov of last year.
A week or two ago my check engine light came on. I took the car up to Auto Zone to have it checked out. It gets a reading "Idle Control System". The guy at Auto Zone didnt know what to tell me. Took it to Pop's mechanic and it seems all he does is reset the computer because the light comes right back after an hour or two of driving the car.
Could someone point me in the right direction of what could be the issue? Thanks.
