i have a 95 non turbo gs and the piece on the end of my fuel rail were the vacum line from my maniflod conects is pouring out gas. The peice has bearing and the seal on the inside is borken. I called the dealer they said they discontined making the part and i would have to buy a complete fuel rail. What i want to know how important is this peice does it have to spin because rather than buying a new rail could i just try and seal it up with some jb weld.

That is called your fuel pressure regulator. Call autozone or some other parts house and get it replaced! What probably happened is the diaphram inside the FPR broke and now you are sucking excessive fuel directly into your manifold and I bet its making you run rich. That could mess up your air/fuel ratio terribly and say bye to your cat converter! That would probably be a extreme case, but either way get it replaced. Check junk yards also. Good luck!
