VR4 has 16G, front mount, 550cc, fuel pump, 3" turbo back, and supporting mods. Boost is controlled by an old school HKS HVC. Turned all the way up still no more than 15psi. Help:confused:

Is the hks a electronic one? If so i would check the solenoid. if its an mbc i have no idea. Sorry i couldnt be more help.
