Car problems

My car has been idling real bad, and lately when im driving and just cruisin in lets say 3rd, it seems to kinda hesitate and acts like its gonna die, and it does it constantly, like its misfiring, ive checked plugs, wires etc....but i cant figure out whats wrong, has been doing it a lot lately.....anyone know what might be wrong. Thanks!

one other thing, which plugs are cold, and which ones are hot for the eclipse? thanks

I would check for codes first and then go from there. As for the plugs, with NGK, the higher the number, the colder the plug.

NGK BPR6ES and BPR7ES are the only recommended plugs for turbo DSMs, the BPR6ES is for stock and mild mods, and is the warmer plug, while BPR7ES is the colder plug, used for moderate to extreme mods, if you run over 18PSi then go with BPR7ES in my opinion.
