oil everywhere, lost boost + more

Ok, one day my car is running great. The boost is set on 19 psi and my boost gauge was reading it fine. Next day is a different story. I drove my car for a couple miles to my brother in-laws house and when I got there I noticed some oil on my hood (I have a GT extreme hood and the oil was coming through the driver side vent). I had to go to work so I didnt have a chance to check anything out right then. When we got off of work I started my car and it started fine. But on my way home I decided to give it some gas and the boost only went up to like 14 psi. I took it easy untill I got home. When I got home I let my car Idle for a minute and I noticed that my EGT was a little high and the motor was hot as hell. Have not driven it sence. Please tell me whats wrong.

Dipstick blown out.

Maybe lift that hood and take a look?

Yeah, sorry I forgot to mention that. I guess that would have helped. I drove it again today and every time I slightly get on it the dipstick pops right back out and boost is still lower than before. All help is greatly apreciated.

Please use complete instead of generic links. RRE doesn't seem to have a good link about the dipstick from the VFAQ any more. However:
