water pump out in 1.8 NEED" 1.8 "help FAST

My engine runs and locks up after a noise of screetching barings, I found out that the water pump is going out. Is the installation a pain?Does it take a lot of time? could it be anything else? it runs for a minute and locks up and i let it sit for an hour and it starts again. PLEASE REPLY

it's not that hard, took me 2hrs to do it last winter outside on the street ( frozen fingers). Explain in more details what the problem is thou cuz for all the type r stickers in the world I can't fully understand what you're saying and asking.
