Hey guys. I was under my hood, unplugging everything to try to figure out my idle problem when I unplugged the MAF. When I did this, my car idled perfectly, not a thing wrong with it. Could I have a bad MAF? This seems like the case to me. Please let me know, and I'll pick the part up tomorrow.

Removed it and it has no honeycomb, lower or upper. Still maybe not the case? I want my car to idle like it does when this thing is unplugged.

you need those honey combs so that your car will idle

i had the same problem with my car and when i checke the MAF it was missing alll the honeycombs...went to the junk yard got a new one from there and boalla my problem was solved...
good luck

Alright, thanks alot so far. I am going to pick up a MAF tomorrow, at a salvage yard hopefully. What options do I have if I can't find one that came off a 95 Eclipse GST? Are there any other makes or models that are direct replacements? Please let me know so I can find this part tomorrow. Thanks

Well guys, thanks a ton for your help. Went to the yard today and picked up a MAF. Unplugged the old one, hooked the new one up, and... Runs like a dream. I'm glad I finally have my stupid idle problem fixed.
