Okay here is the story:

CEL light came on, pulled code, gave me a TPS malfunction. Replaced TPS and had dealer adjust. Two weeks later, install Injen intake, CEL comes on again, same code. So take it back to the dealer, they re-adjust the sensor, code comes back two days later. So I reset the code, and guess what? Code comes back a day later. So I ask, what the is going on? Thanks guys.

The TPS sensor is not the only component that can throw a "TPS Code" There's multiple wires for the sensor and sometimes even multiple sensors that share certain wires with the TPS (signal wire is the only wire that is not shared). Sounds like you were too quick to replace a part and needed to spend more time diagnosing the code.

I had it checked out by the dealer, and they seem to just keep re-adjusting the sensor, so what else could it be?

I'm pretty sure that when they go and adjust the TPS that they clear the code and adjust the TPS. But the problem keeps coming back right? So if adjusting the TPS was the fix.... it would be fix now right?

You could have some chaffed wires that keep rubbing intake manifold, firewall, or something else. There's obviously something else going on if you replaced the TPS and are having the dealership adjust it. Or it could be the ECU crapping out on you. There's more to fixing a car than just throwing a part at it.

Any suggestions on what to check next? Or more importantly how to check them? The car runs fine, so that doesn't really help.

When the light is not on you can grab some wiring and start wiggling it around. See if you can reproduce this porblem if it really is wires being chaffed and grounding out. The next to do would be use a multimeter and start checking things like the TPS signal going back to the ECU, checking the voltage reference/supply going to the TPS and make sure all of the voltage is there, you'll need to check resistance on the ground wire (there shouldn't be any).
