I recently changed my head and redid my timing, Now I installed the timing guide plate that goes on the crankshaft , but i did it backwards and set it all up. i installed the crank pulley and timing cover to find that when i lined up the marks on the pullyto btdc the cams were way off like 6 teeth. So I rip everything apart and find out the plate was on backwards. I fixed it and set the timing all back up again. I get everything back togethetr and try to start the car, engine turns over just doesnt sound like there much compression. So I check compression on
#1,2,3,4 cylinders and 1 read 30psi, 2 read 0, 3 read 0psi as well, and 4 read 120psi. Now are my valves bent? I mean I didnt turn the crank more then 7 times when the timing was wrong.is that enough tobend that many valves?
