Well my car now will not turn on after trying for 20 mins. It coughed and sputtered but now nothing. Sooo, i checked the belt timing and it seems that every time the crankshaft pulley is at the btdc mark, the camshaft sprocket timing marks are pointing up. So tell me the bad news. As a side not, the camshaft timing marks are dead on with each other.

So what you're saying is:

No matter how many times you cranked it over by hand, you could not get the timing marks to line up?

Sounds like your timing jumped (obviously). Make sure you didn't bend any valves. If you didn't (and you're very lucky if you did not ;) ) get a new belt, re-time it, and go on your merry way.
