Poor Gas millege??

i've noticed i have been getten pretty bad gas millege w/ my 98 GSX.... does anybody know what it could be, i can't even get 170 on a full tankl, i mean i only drive to school 5 minaway, i use mobil gas, mobil 1 oil and put in fuel injection cleaner in, what could it be??

just because you have a turbo doesn't mean you need to use it all the time. don't go WOT (Wide Open Throttle) a lot and try to shift at 3000 RPM's, no matter what. it helps a lot and i noticed about 60 more miles once i calmed down the lead foot

i had a bad boost lead in my UICP, it forced me to drive sane. If i went over 3lbs of boost my shit lost ALL power. So had to drive like i had some sence, got 300 miles on the HW from one tank, and that was with plenty of gas left. Damn wish i could get that driving stupid

all this talk of alot more gas miles makes me not want to boost. Especially at $2 a gallon
