well i got some good news and some bad news. good news is i dont have any signs of crankwalk. bad news is i dont know wtf is wrong with my car now. i got the timing belt changed yesterday, and on the way to school this morning, at a dead stop, it was jerking back and forth and RPMs were fluctuating, so i took it back they said it wasnt good timing. so i get the car back (they delivered to my work) and i start it up after i get off work and its louder than usual. so i was like hrmm, so i WOT and when it got to about 4 grand it sounded like it was gonna explode, it was soo loud, like deep exaust sound loud, but comming from the engine. i dont know what it isand i know it has to be directly related to the timing belt change pleas please please let me know what might be going on. thanks guys

i have a autometer phantom boost gauge, its on 20 vac at idle, it was like that before i got belt changed.

So it read 20 before and it STILL reads 20 now? Sometimes if the timing gets screwed up the vac readings will suffer. Still seems like its out of time to me. Take it back there and just tell them that it obviously wasnt running like this before you brought it in so they must have screwed something up. They should fix it. Let them drive it or take one of them for a ride so they can see what you are talking about.

its actually at 18 vac at idle, my dad took a look and around the motor mounts there are peices of rubber floppying aroudn looks like padding for motor mounts, and when i get up to 5 grand my dash felt like it was gonna blow off and himt me in the face

here is a pic ( this isnt my engine bay )

What do you mean peices of rubber are floppying around? Peices of the motor mount? LOL you are throwing something new in everytime you post. Extreme vibration could mean that they got the balance shafts out of phase.

the rubber i guess padding on the motor mounts are both loose, the reason i posted something new is because i notice it when i was ou there
