Jnjen intake...problems...help please

Okay here is the problem, Just intstalled an injen intake, everything went fine, started the car, went for a run, the car will not go out of like 2nd gear, it just boosts, and the idle is kinda rough, not sure what is up, i have the battery unhooked right now trying to see if that will do it, any help?

Did you make sure to hook your BOV vent back into the intake? If not it is gonna run like crap.

what do you mean it won't go out of second gear.... This has nothing to do with the intake at all and might be that your problem is not related to the intake at all.

What is unhooking the battery gonna do???

True, so there is nothing that I could have effcted installing the intake that would prevent the car from going into second? I know it sounds stupid, but she wont go above 30 mph, and the boost just sits at full...its weird....this is going to be big money I have a feeling....

Correction, I am reading the work order now, and it seems that my intercooler pipe had come loose and an O ring inside of it had buldged, well time for new pipes any way....too bad I have to pay the dealer for the repair...argh...
